At Aithiya, all products are made to order. Orders are processed, quality checked, packed, and dispatched through our fulfilment and delivery partners.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production has not begun.

Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days across India. Remote locations may take longer.

India Post deliveries to certain locations may take approximately 3–15 working days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available across India. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take some time to appear.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please check your address and contact details carefully before placing your order. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or other customer-related issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, contact us with your order number and photos. After verification, eligible products may be replaced.

As our products are made to order, returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted.
